Some of the main air sampling products which are available in the market are mostly used by the companies like CARB-California Air Resource Board, EPA, OSHA, NIOSH and ASTM. The main thing to know that the main range of the air monitoring products include the passive, active and whole air samplers.

- Active Sampling: In the process of active sampling, the air is drawn with the help of adsorbent media like the thermal tube, ORBO tube and filter which is using an air pump.

- Passive Sampling: In the process of passive sampling, contaminated air is allowed to flow into the device and then it is diffused onto the adsorbent media like the thermal tube, ORBO tube and filter which is present inside the device.

- Whole Air Sampler: In this process, the whole air sample is accumulated in the vessel when the air is drawn into the device. The vessel can be a canister, glass bulb or a bag.

• Applications of the air monitoring: Air monitoring can be done with the help of some important chemicals and compounds like the Aldehydes and Ketones, Inorganic Acids, Isocyanates and even the Pesticides. Aldehydes and Ketones and other compounds mainly use the EPA TO-11, IP-6A for the application of air monitoring.
